Bianca was born to be used at any time during the day. Incomparable. Sized to fit a bar counter, it brings together a work counter and a display case with technology that strictly adheres to food conservation standards within the +4° to hot range. How is it used? 24 hours a day. In the morning for breakfast, at lunchtime for hot or cold dishes and single servings. It’s ideal for fabulous happy hours or for evenings spent tasting the variety of temptations on display. At any time of day or night BIANCA is so discrete as to disappear entirely (with its optional movable system) and leave room for a large counter space for serving different dishes, drinks, cocktails and generous amounts of hospitality.
